Yes, we ship wine (in IL). Due to the dynamic and complex nature of interstate wine shipping, we only ship within Illinois. Until such time as individual states stop this nonsense and allow free trade, this will remain Rave Wines' policy. Of course, in order to ship, a person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
