the February rave picks are in! The theme is black and white - not only a lineup of interesting black and white label graphics, but an array of wine whose tastes are clear and follow classic "black and white" flavors. The reds are true "reds" - rich and fuller bodied. Featured whites are, well, white. No obscure adjectives needed with these Rave Picks. This month's selections are not wines you will see everywhere, most are limited in production or very new to the Illinois market. Each one is distinct - I had fun tasting for these picks.
